JOE TRACY
Managing Principal
Born and raised in the Chicago area, Joe Tracy got to Texas as fast as he could and has spent his entire career managing projects in Central Texas.
Over the course of three decades, Joe has operated in many capacities related to construction and development management, such as general contractor, construction manager, design-builder, developer agent, and third party advisor in several market sectors. Most notably:

Mixed-Use Development: The Domain, Seaholm, The Hatchery, Travis County North Campus, Indigo Ridge, Velocity, and Leander Springs.

Joe is a 1993 graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a B.S. for Building Construction Management. He is past Board of Directors' Chair for Austin Habitat for Humanity, a member of Urban Land Institute, State Bar of Texas Construction Law Section, and Shepherd of The Hills Presbyterian Church.
When Joe clocks out, you’ll find him out on the town with his wife Stacie, watching his son Camden's band performances and lacrosse games, barbecuing with neighbors, chasing a golf ball around a course, or rooting for his Purdue Boilermakers and favorite Chicago sports teams.
